I think that robots can learn more than humans if you are talking about memorising as they can have a large capacity of storage. However I believe that learning is more than memorising or learning things “off by heart”. To learn something you need an understanding of the subject and then can evaluate from it which i believe a human can do but a robot cannot. Overall I believe that robots cannot learn more than humans.
