I would say no, even if the whole population of the world all tried together, they couldn’t. Because of history, there are lots of accounts and records so we cannot know ALL of what has happened. Therefore we can never learn everything. Anytime you learn something a number of things will be uncovered that you do not know. The unknown grows faster than the known and therefore this makes it a lot harder to learn everything.Unless we make a time machine and then it may become a reality.

You cannot learn what you have not been taught (i.e. the future)
You don’t necessarily have to be taught to learn something. You can learn things on your own .
If you are going to learn everything, you are going to have to learn the things that nobody knows. This includes the things that have not happened, and the things before things were actually recorded; for example, what happened on June 6 1254
You could make a time machine. But then it becomes a matter of going to all of the different times in history which would take billions of years.
yo would have to learn how to make the time machine louis
Everything cannot be learned, as for humans to have knowledge of everything, they must know what is unknown. Humans use words for such objects like “paper” and “sand”. The unknown is full of things we do not have words for, therefore the unknown doesn’t exist and to learn everything you must know something that does not exsist. ?
